The Washington Gender Alliance is an all-volunteer organization. Each location has a team of facilitators, one of whom is the team leader. We also have a lead facilitator who coordinates our facilitation across all locations.
Get involved! Attend a support group. Talk with the facilitators. Let us know your interested.
Anyone can be a facilitator. Facilitators are ordinary people. There are no required qualifications other than a willingness to help people.
